HOW TO CONNECT WITH STORES

  1. The Store Owner registers or logs into their account
  2. Once logged in, go to: Management -> Company

    Click on “New Company” and fill in all the required fields. In the “Type” field, select General. After completing the form, click “Register”. You will automatically be redirected to the store configuration and customization page.

  3. Customize the links that are not pre-configured. Once everything is ready, you can create your listings by clicking “List Products”.
  4. List your products by choosing the category and subcategory, add a description, and finish by clicking “Publish”.
  5. Add Images & Stock to the listing by clicking the three ... dots under events -> Details
  6. Manage the listing by clicking the three ... dots under events -> Management
  7. Specify the listing by clicking the three ... dots under events -> Specification

At the end of 6 months, the connected account will no longer receive support from theConnected Seller and cannot be reassigned to another Connected Seller. This model allows eachStore Ownerto gain the necessary experience to manage their own ads and campaigns independently.

From this point on, the store owner becomes self-sufficient in using the platform and promoting their products and services, benefiting from all the knowledge acquired during the consultancy. If they wish to continue receiving support from theConnected Seller, the contract will be renewed, with costs covered by the Store Owner rather than Sesalin.
